Terms of Service
Horse riding tours are confirmed once payment has been made. If you are not able to attend your booked tour, refunds will be provided based on the cancellation timeline listed below:
- Up to 15 days before the tour - 100% of the cost
- Between 14 and 7 days before the tour - 75% of the cost
- 6 days or less before the tour - no refund
If the Horse riding tours are cancelled by us the full payment will be refund to the client.
